Condition is good overall - Cover image and binding has some wear -
Inside- a few pages early in the book before page 22- (around 5) have some tears in them. There are a couple of pages at the end of the book that have some child's artwork (?) on them but they are on blank pages. The rest of the book is very good. ALL the image / illustration pages are very good and the rest of the pages are as well. Book is 6.5" x 5.25" x .75".
