Vintage Scenic Reverse Painted table Lamp light Lighting Tree Base

The shade has an amazing sunset scene and features all sorts of warm sunset colors of yellow and gold, oranges and reds, greens and blues. This lamp measures 23" to the top of the shade. The base is 7" wide and the shade diameter is approximately 17" with a 1/2" thick rim. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks.
There is what appears to be a 'smudge' in the paint that looks like it happened when it was done. We have taken a picture so you can zoom in and see for yourself. Age: this is the tough one.  We are NOT experts but we have experience evaluating what is 'old'.  The base, cord, sockets are most definitely newer '1980's-90's" - However - the shade appears to be "imperfect" in shape which indicates it is hand blown and we believe much older than the base but probably not 1930's.  Maybe 1950's-60's.  The finish is stunning as is the image mentioned above.
